Tried putting some glint to the eye by adding contrast to the eye region. Also added some punch to the whole image. Hope you don't mind me doing this. The processing could be lot better if the image was in high rez.

i have had an idea for 'my shot' but it might take some time to set up, but there will be some more from this lens, it has nice onions!
i tested it for sharpness too on a line test and it is way sharper than i was expecting, fantastic value for £20

The images are looking sweet with the 55mm and nicely setup with the lighting and background.

Nice, image KiloHotel, it's sharp and the background is out of focus, thus not distracting from the main element,

Thomas with our new kitten Jessica (front)

    M50, ef-m22mm ƒ2.0, iso 800, ss 1/50,

No they are not related, we got the terror ball, errm i mean sweet little kitten few weeks ago, she is an un neutered female, Thomas is an un neutered Tom, the hope is i get some Thomas kittens to carry his genes on in a few years time, both are indoor house cats.

its a great testament to how well Thomas has excepted the new kitten, he has not felt the need to spray at all since we had her, nor has he sprayed in the home in the last several years.

we did have another female cat but she had to be put down due to liver and kidney failures, turns out it was 2 years to the day when we got Jessica.

C.Z.J. ddr flektogon with the front element reversed, 35mm ƒ4 iso 640 SS 250

Testing out my R.F.E. mod on the 2.8 35mm ziess flektogon, looks like it will be fun for portrait images, better results with more subject separation than here.

the front element flip on old vintage lenses is a simple mod with some nice effects and can be flipped back without any damage to the lens, its one of the reasons for delving into the vintage m42's, either they are characterful / sfx modable or very fast primes
