CANON EOS 70D, Canon zoom lens EF 70-200 1:4 L IS USM, Canon zoom lens EF 17-40 1:4 L USM, ASUS Windows 10 (64-bit) PC with two monitors.
For the purpose of keeping accurate notes on camera operations I would like to be able to capture the menus displayed in the camera LCD so that I can transfer these to a Word document and add notes and remarks.

Take a pic of the LCD with your phone or another camera.
