    Hi every one.

I have a Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 and have had a problem printing in Photoshop - I have always used the program Print Studio Pro (Windows 11) - There is a good enough connection between the computer and the printer - It takes the paper - But when prepare to print...... Then it just runs the paper through without printing on it.

Have no problems printing with Professional Print & Layout from Canon - It just makes it more difficult - When you can print directly from Photoshop with Print Studio Pro

I have done a fresh install of Photoshop and latest software Print Studio Pro v.2.2.3 - Also had the problem before the latest software. Stated mine December 2022 after an Adobe update - Been in touch with Canon support a few times - But no success yet.

I hope that one of you has the same problem that you solved and can tell me what to do.

I am not good at English - So have used google translate - So hope that google has translated so you can understand what my problem is.

    Thanks in advance.

I have a different setup so I can not help with the specifics here, but I have a Macbook that's got a few years on it and I print to a Pixma Pro 100 from LR and Photoshop, i have never used this print studio pro you mention. Blank pages usually are a sign of mismatched print settings, like wrong tray, wrong size, wrong paper type. (They can also mean ink issues but you said you have no issue with the other software so I am assuming ink and nozzles are fine.)
You may have to download paper profiles specific to the brand and type of paper you are using if it is looking for paper thinner or thicker than you are trying to print on.

thanks for your reply. I use original ink cartridges and Canon's own paper so the ICC profiles should match. Have no problems printing directly in Photoshop. the printer should probably tell me if it's the wrong size of paper in - Then it can't print. In cooperation with Canon support, have double checked the settings before printing - Unfortunately with the same result each time. I have been using the Studio Pro since I got the Printer 3 years ago and never had any problems until now. I have got myself a brand new laptop where there is also a brand new installation of both Photoshop and Print Studio Pro and unfortunately I also have the same problem there. I think it's a software problem after an Adobe update. though without knowing it for sure. Thank you for taking the time to reply to my thread
