This rocky promontory is known as "The sleeping dragon" and is at the tip of a headland called The Rumps, on the north coast of Cornwall, not far from Polzeath. You can make out his head resting in the water at the left hand end, the triangular scales on his neck and back as you move to the right and one of his dumpy legs below the highest point. Thanks Keith - when we were on the return leg of the trip and came back direct across the bay rather than hugging the coast, frisky became something of an understatement!
