We have a new swan family on our lake. Cygnets were born on Jan 31.
Taken with Canon 20D and Canon EF 75-300mm and Manfrotto monopod.

Beautiful to have those at your lake Ray. We are also blessed with the same. They make great photos and you're lucky to see them grow into graceful swans.

Thanks, Isac. They have now moved to another lake but I am yet to catch up to them as I have just had eye surgery. Might be able to get out tomorrow.

I hope you get well soon Ray. I ahd 18 months of eye treatment and injections so I feel for you. My ophthalmologist told me (tic) that if things went bad and I lost my eye, it doesn't take long to adjust, as you only need one - that gave me hope. :)

Thanks, Isac. Mine was not as drastic. I had cataract removal on right eye. All OK. Left eye gets done in three weeks.

Thanks, Craig. It has been an amazing ride so far. Distance vision restored, everything is clear and bright. And my computer monitor looks so much better and my cameras are taking images that are much better. Can't wait to get the other eye done. :)
