Attempting to use my M50 as the camera for live streaming and Zoom meetings, I have installed the Blackmagic Intensity Pro 4K to take advantage of the clean HDMI. I have not been able to get audio to record and, and normally when trying to capture the M50 shuts off after just a few moments. Is there any place I can look to find troubleshooting for this combination?
