Pantalla lcd en negro PowerShot SX730 HS

    Hola. Después de unas fotos, la pantalla lcd de m i cámara se quedó en negro, sólo con una pequeña luz tenue y sin mostrar ningún texto del menú. La cámara enciende y apaga, enfoca, dispara el flash. He cargado la batería al completo, he quitado la SD y no ha solucionado el problema. ¿Alguna posible solución? Muchas gracias por el foro.

    Sounds like the LCD is burnt out or there is an electrical short. Canon would have to service and replace parts. It may be more costly than its worth to repair, you would need a quote.

    A few things you can still check:
    • Make sure the screen isn’t just toggled off. Try pressing the Info/Display button a few times.
    • Do a reset: take out the battery and card, hold the shutter button down for about 30 seconds, then put the battery back in.
    • If your camera has HDMI, plug it into a TV or monitor. If the menus show up there, the camera is fine, and the LCD itself (or its connection) is the issue.
