Hi - I'm new to this forum and have a new EOS R50. I've been using DPP4 to organise my holiday photos into a series of Collections. However, with one exception, all the Collection folders are not displaying the images and just show a ? symbol. Any ideas on why and what I can do to recover them? I've spent hours putting my better photos into them. Thanks.
I'm new myself to DPP4. Your topic talked about 'collections' which made me wonder about them. So, I created some named collections and low and behold one of my jpegs had the "?" mark. Something about can't 'import info'. For one photo, one solution. I opened photo in MS photo editor, which displayed photo correctly, went to EDIT and did a 'save as' to the same file name. Basically, I just overwrote the existing photo using 'save as'. It worked. But you spend hours and hours on your photos, so this not exactly the best way to solve your problems.
