Need help finding replacement head part or fix for a vintage Minette Elevator Tripod

My uncle recently gifted me a vintage tripod that he has used since he started photography. Unfortunately, the top head of the tripod is broken and needs to be replaced. Although it is old, I'd really love to be able use it as part of my kit! Is there any way for me to get my hands on some replacement parts or repair it? I'd really like for it to be in usable condition, thanks in advance!
