    Hello,

My wife done a few photos with Canon 1300D. There was no SD Card inside. Does this mean that after camera was turned off those photos are lost or still can be found somewhere in Camera's internal memory ?

Hello and welcome to the forum. I do not know of a Canon camera that has built-in memory. There is a setting in the camera to prevent taking pictures without a card. It will remind you to insert a card before you can take a pic. Unfortunately its like you never took a picture. Good luck.

As porkphoto has said, the only memory the camera has is on the memory card. It seems like the factory setting is to allow shooting without a card and I think that is bad. It should be set to "No shooting without a card" so that new users can't make the mistake that you have experienced. Let us know how pleased you are with photos taken with an SD card inserted.
