not the T6, the T6s - it's got 2 control wheels, is about two steps up from the T6. i rented one, and it also has better autofocus than my SL1 -...
thanks :) a longer lens would have gotten better results, but i need a light rig, and the T6s focuses a lot faster than my SL1. i'm going to...
a few i shot at marina del rey yesterday with a rented T6s and my 55-250 stm lens. not perfect focus, but i was pretty happy with 'em, and my...
has anyone here tried both these lenses? if so, can you compare sharpness, focus speed and accuracy and overall image quality between the two?...
wow, those pics are truly amazing - you did an awesome job!
i loved my a6000. my disappointing shots were with the SL1 (i see i didn't mention that). my eye doctor suggested i no longer shoot primarily...
a buddy of mine shoots with the bigma, and his bird pics look really good - he catches a lot of action shots, too.

it's not so easy for me as i have wrist and shoulder issues that make the SL1 the best for me sizewise. if i can shoot with a wrist brace, i may...
my yongnuo 50 1.8 focuses pretty fast except in low or mixed light, but my experience was similar with the canon 50mm 1.8 STM and the old canon...
me, i find i mostly use flickr. i gave up on photobucket a while back.
i dunno - at 1/1250th of a second, not sure if IS is needed. i'm still wondering how deeply this image was cropped. could also be that the bird...
i, too, find canons simpler, but it's probably because my first digital camera AND my first DSLR were both canons. my husband's pentax didn't...
to the OP, you never did post any full sized versions of the pics. any chance you can do so?
thanks for responding. that's how i hope to shoot BIF in the future - face up to the camera on a gibal head.
with that lens, this is a very nice combo!
