    Hi every one,

I have been trying to resolve an issue with my ISO setting in my 5D mark iv. I cannot get my ISO setting to go lower than 200. I have enabled the "Lower ISO setting" in my settings but when I return to main display I cannot set the ISO lower than 200, next value offered is "Auto"!

Anybody knows what I need to do, Thank you in advance for your time.

Perhaps this might help: go to your fourth menu then got to "highlight tone priority" and select "off". that should enable the expanded iso range. The "Highlight Tone Priority" feature over-rides the lower iso ranges. good luck I hope this helps.

Thank you so much Porkphoto, it worked. Wow, I had consulted with numerious people and everyone thought it was a glitch and I should reset to factory setting. I was about to do that and loose all my setting, so I am very greatful for your solution and your time.

    Regards,
