    Hi,

I recently bought a Canon 60D. Great camera, zero complains. Expect, whats the deal with using live view for taking pictures? When I want to take it photo it struggles to focus, and it keeps changing the exposure settings. It looks like it ignores my manual settings?

    Help? :)

Welcome Westland95. I used a 60D a long time ago and didn't have that problem. I'm sure someone will come along soon and help you out.

I don't use it much, primarily because old habits die hard and I have spent as much time on film cameras as digital. But it is handy in situations where you would have trouble looking through the viewfinder be it a angle or darkness situation just to name 2 examples. The other thing that is nice is you can zoom in and focus manually and fine tune focus where you want it instead of using auto focus. Many people shooting video will do this.
