Nature Black Swan Nesting.

    There is a beautiful black swan nesting on our lake. She is sitting on 5 eggs and it is hoped that the cygnets will appear soon. More images will be posted when that happens.
    Canon EOS-1Ds, Canon EF 28-135 f/3.5-5.6 IS USM.

    Thank you, porkphoto. She is a very dedicated mother. She has been sitting there day and night during cold wind and rain.

    Very nicely done sir. Very difficult to get where you need to be in those marsh areas and looks as though you were quite successful. Thnx for sharing. :)

    Ray, I just had another look at your image and realized how much I am hanging out for this virus shutdown to end, When it comes to black swans and nesting sites, around the Derwent river, there is a great many of them especially around the Bridgewater Bridge area.
