Canon EOS R Intermittent Problem - No Error Code

    Canon EOS R
    EF to RF Adapter
    Canon EF 28-135mm F/3.5-5.6 IS USM
    Canon EF 50mm f1.8
    Canon EF 16-35mm f/2.8L USM
    Canon RF100mm F2.8 L MACRO IS USM
    Sigma 150-500mm f/5-6.3 AF APO DG OS HSM for Canon
    My camera will be working fine then the touch screen will stop functioning and I cannot preview my images. I have tried turning the camera off and on, removing the lens (and adapter), and taking out the battery. Then the next time I go out to shoot everything works perfectly. I have had the contacts cleaned and bought a new EF adapter, but last night the problem occurred while using my RF lens.

    It's frustrating to not know if I will be able to change my focus point or see what I have shot.

    You may want to call Canon customer support, if the screen is cutting in and out of working it sounds like an electrical issue and may need them to service it.
