    Hello,
I use a 7D mark II and I have lost the cable for my battery charger.

Might be a bit of a stupid question but I'm wondering whether it's ok to use a very similar cable from a different device? I'm guessing the answer is yes it's fine but am wondering if it's safe to swap the cables around? Do these cables all produce the same default level / type of current? The other device is my e-cig battery charger which I am keen to leave alone.

Can anybody help / confirm that I am just being over cautious?

    Thanks

Yes, any cable with the "figure 8" connector at the charger end will do. I have a small collection of them and they all work exactly the same.

Thank you, Ray. Yes as I had assumed, any standard figure of 8 cable will be fine - was just being over cautious I think.
