So I recently changed lenses and now the viewfinder is a black box when I look through it. I did get a slight view out of it earlier but it was a blue tint and looked like an x-Ray view. I changed it back to the kit lenses and still the same nothing just a black square when looking through the viewfinder. I’ve tried a few things canon said like resetting the camera and changing the aperture on the lenses to 16-22 and locking it in as it might be the lense. But now it’s doing it will all my lenses is my camera faulty or am I doing something wrong?

The camera has a sensor right next to the viewfinder that senses when an object comers close like your head and switches from LCD to viewfinder. I am presuming you went from auto to manual display (deactivating the sensor) in the settings at some point. Which will lock you to either screen or viewfinder, you can select which one will operate.. Presumably your LCD stays lit all the time now.
