hi ive got a canon powershot sx720 hs ,it been working like a dream up until now whenever I start to record a video it will record for about 20 seconds and the display a message saying unable to play mp4 or shut down and display code error E09 Please help
Hello and welcome to the forum. After a quick look around the net, it seems as if it maybe time to speak to Canon. But I guess that you could try the normal things of firmware upgrade, new battery, different memory card first to rule those things out. Gary
