    Hello!
I managed to do digital zoom and image capture while filming with the 200d. However when I use photo mode, I do the digital zoom and when I press the button to take photo it only takes the photo as it is without the zoom.
Anybody knows how I can activate the photo with digital zoom?.
    Thank you

Your zoom is defined by the lens on the camera. The video must be cropping, so when you take a photo, it is still taking an un-cropped version. There would be no advantage to cropping in camera.
