Hi all, i am new to all of this so please forgive me if i am missing the obvious. I have an EOS 750D, i am currently trying out the webcam utility. When trying to do a youtube live stream, the pic is great, but the volume is almost inaudible, using both the built in microphone and my rhode microphone. When playing the video back, i have to turn sound up to 100%, even then i am struggling to hear it. Any help would be appreciated. TIA. Ian PS, uploading pre recorded is totally fine.
Are you sure that your computer is using the camera's mic to record the audio when using the web cam facility? Is it in fact using the computer's built in mic or a different device that you have connected instead? How far are you from your mic? Is it pointing towards your face or are you behind the camera? Are you sure that you have the levels set up correctly when using the camera as a web cam? G.
