I have a Canon EOS Rebel t5 body, a Canon EF-S 18~55mm IS II Lens and a Canon EF-S 55~250mm IS II Lens. Recently I had taken a number of shots and some of them came out very Noisey. I have two PPEs systems, FastStones Image Viewer and Free photo Noise Reduction. The FastStones is a little bit better than the Free photo Noise Reduction app. However, they both got rid of a fair amount of Noise, however it was at the expense of image quality. I should mention that the ISO was set on 200, which is not unreasonable.
