Yep, this has all the letters that Sigma put on the last of these lenses. EX, APO, DG, HSM. It's a nice size lens for it's length and pairs well with the light weight 90D.

i recently got my first Sigma EX lens, i've been using sigma art and contemporary ones on my M50 for a few years but stayed away from the 'older' ones.
but the EX ones are excellent quality, the one i have is the EX 50-150mm ƒ2.8 APO OS, on the strength of this lens i bought the 17-50mm EX ƒ2.8 but it wasn't as sharp as i was expecting, i have sent it back and asked the company who have others to test it to see if they think its under performing because as i expected the sigma groups say its supposed to be sharper than i experienced.

I've heard the EX 50-150 is a great lens as well as the EX 105 Macro. I've seen good reviews on the 17-50 so maybe you got a bad copy. It does happen.
