    Hi Josh, you may have to re-state your question, you sentence does not make complete sense. Sounds like your having issues with connecting your camera to something like the app on a phone or the computer. is it the 5dIV your issue is with and what are you connecting it to?

    It would help a lot if you provided the steps in order and what error you encounter and when so we can help see where things go wrong.
