Hi, I have a Canon 1dx mark II and was wondering if there was a way i can program a custom button to lock or stop the AF without having to constantly be pressing it down. For example when I use a C200 i can press the af lock button and let go and the autofocus will continue to be stopped, however on the 1dx I need to be pressing the custom button in order for the af to remain locked or stopped. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I guess I have always switched the auto focus off on the lens once I had focus where I wanted it.
