So about a month ago I dropped my camera (I know stupid me). But long story short nothing went wrong until a few days ago and the LCD stopped working. Camera otherwise functions normally. Can someone suggest a fix?

Your options are limited, it will need to be serviced to fix, maybe the impact only jarred wiring which loosened up completely since the incident? Maybe the LCD is toast? You'll have to send it in to find out.
