R10 with older macro flash problem

    Equipment:
    EOS R5, EOS R10, various lenses
    I have a 550EX flash and a MT-24EX macro flash. Both work fine on my EOS R5. The 550Ex also works on my EOS R10 but the MT-24EX doesn’t. Can anyone explain and/or suggest how I can get it to work?
