    Hi all,

Hope one of you can help. I'm using an EOS 4000d, as a absolute beginner and I'm quite bad with my nerves, even without alcohol for weeks I suffer from bad camera shake even with a tripod and I have been looking for a shutter release, I don't think there are any WiFi versions about but does anyone know of any wired versions on the market.
    Thanks
    Pete.

Pete, my first suggestion is to put your on camera shutter priority and use a fast shutter speed say 1/1000th of a second or faster. This will freeze the shot at the moment you depress the shutter button and the camera will do the rest. My second is put the camera on a tripod and go to your drive settings and use the 10 second timer. I do not know if your camera has a 2 second timer but that is also a option.
My next suggestion is to have a look on You Tube as there is a lot of information there also, all the best with it and welcome to the forum.

There are two remotes for your camera:
    1. Wired - Canon RS-60E3
    2. Wireless Infrared - Canon RC-6
Just do a Google search for "Canon 4000D Remote Shutter".
