SLT?

    Finally, Canon considering the SLT technology! In my opinion, this is the normal step in evolving the SLR technology. First of all, this will assure a sealed "room" for the sensor, so you won't ever need to clean it. And second, now sensors are light sensitive enough to make the mirror light loss insignificant. Third, no actuators for the mirror, less components to break, shorter waiting times when you prepare for the next shot and less noise. The only negative for my eyes is that here you need an EVF.

    Well, scrolling down the patent, it seems is not quite a SLT... :(
