Do you think the 90D will come down in price soon? Or will it not matter as the announcement was about full frame cameras?

I think that the answer is not really. The announcement was about two full frame cameras. Mind you, there maybe one or two people that sell their 90D and you can pick up a second hand body.

Yeah I have to agree, that 1200 price point is pretty standard for the current generation of the crop sensor at that level, and I think there is more pressure from below to keep the 90d separated from the more consumer focused levels of rebels. The R5 and R6 are right in line with their sister 5d and 1d lineups. Keep in mind there is not even a replacement on the horizon either, the 90d just came out late last year.
