on the "quality" menu, the RAW resolution (off, RAW, MRAW, SRAW) is supposed to be selectable using the "wheel", and the JPEG resolution is selectable with the arrow keys.
on my 60D, both the wheel and the arrows change the JPEG setting, but neither will change the RAW setting.

I guess the good news that it is stuck on RAW rather than no RAW, but I sure would like to disable the RAW selection except when I need it.

I just performed a firmware update, but no change on the ability to set RAW.

    any ideas?
    thanks
    Ken

Are you using rear wheel or top wheel?

good call! I was using the rear wheel. I guess it's been too long since I first set it to RAW!

    thanks!!
