Today we went for a wonder around some gardens. Ok, flower photography is not my sort of thing, but something has to be better than nothing. I have no idea what each flower is called.

Nice Gary, there are times when we need to get outside our comfort zone or have a go at something we generally do not indulge in. This gives a different perspective to our usual photography. The same when it comes to lenses, try a different one every so often.

    Thanks for the comments Craig,

I have to admit that I have been using a lens, well, a focal length that I have never used or even owned before. 135mm, a common focal length back in the days of film, but one I have never used before.

I have three 135m lenses all old film lenses, two of them need some repairs on them, one is working, I like this focal length as you do not have to get close to your subjects and there is less in the frame to cause clutter in the image. nice selection, Gary.
