This months photo topic is "Glass". This will be a fun exercise in lighting.
    Happy shooting!

    Again, the rules are simple:
    • Should be be using some canon gear , this is a canon forum after all.
    • Shot with the assignment in mind, go out and shoot something new don't dig up something from the archives.
    • and most importantly have fun.

Ok. I'll get the ball rolling. I have had a couple of ideas for this month's challenge, but I saw this yesterday, thought that it would fit. I kind of like it. A glass flat water surface, with a nice reflection.

Let us know what you think.

I did have a couple of other ideas, but I saw this. One thing I like about these challenges is that you can interpret the subject matter how you want.

But yes, I am capable of making that sort of mistake.

That is a great interpretation of the theme, Gary. And a superb image to go with it. Well done, mate.

yes, i love thinking outside the box too, being creative is one of the things i love about taking a smudge, just have to be careful you don't start climbing into an other box when you outside the original one.............:p

When I first saw the title, I was thinking how I could use glass as a subject. Of course I thought about the material glass, and I did have an idea but I wanted something a little different.

Pretty lame effort, this was one of my test shots around the house, not had the time again,
this is a interior door panel, the glass effect i have always liked both as a pane of glass and its photographic uses, shooting straight through it or abstract shots.
shot with canon m mount 28mm
