Canon 5D Mark IV - ViewFinder Bottom Bar not displaying

    Hi,

    My 5D MK 4 is not showing the bottom bar in the viewfinder (The green one). I checked everywhere but couldn't find the solution to fix it.

    Anyone else had this same problem? Do you know how it can be fixed?

    There is not a setting in the viewfinder display options for hiding that.
    Have you re-installed latest firmware and/or did a camera reset?

    Yes. Firmware version is 1.3.3 and have already done the factory reset. No change

    Even took it to Canon dealer, it was something new for him. Didn’t hand it over to them as they wanted to keep it for three weeks just to check.

    Hoping to find a solution here.
