I have had the Canon m3 for a while and a while back encounters an issue where the screen would turn off if I realised it from its flat position. This was ok for a while and I lived with it but just today I went to get my camera out and I tried turning on. The screen didn't do anything. It did however make a weird nose and the light flashed. Then it would just go black. I have look everywhere and couldn't find a solution, which is why I'm contacting. I have charged the battery and checked the battery door and compartment. Doesn't make a difference. I am probably missing some simple fix but maybe not. Please help. Heres a link to a video of the noise when turning on. Volume up lads to hear this one. Click here
