Can't connect vixia to pc

    I'm not very tech savvy. I'm trying to get my Canon vixia rf82 connected to the PC, to use as a webcam, but I only have one HDMI slot on the PC and using a USB cable doesn't bring anything up on the monitor. What am I missing?Kodi TutuApp AppValley
