    I have Canon EOS 250D
It connects smoothly to Android mobile, but can't connect to PC
I tried different USB cables in different ports, I cannot see added ports on device manager, and of course can't connect. The only change is that I cannot scroll images on camera until I disconnect the cable.
As for network, I installed EOS utilities, but can't connect if I use my home network or camera's hotspot.
If I delete the connection on camera, I can re establish and I see pairing process starting, but that's it.
I need one of the ways to work, and clue? Advice?

with my M50 i turn on the app on my mac first then hit the wifi button and ok that on the camera, it then connects over the camera wifi, i then have fully control via mac book or what i usually use it for is to down load the pics.
until my gf started doing youtube stuff i never took the card out the camera at all.
only suggestion is to check the camera knows what its looking for via the computer, apart from that i don't really know a great deal.
    others probably do.
