Sorry as this may seem like a silly question but can you take a picture in digital zoom or is it just for video please. I’m using it for astrophotography but can’t seem to get a shot whilst zoomed in using prime focus on the telescope.
As far as I am aware, the "digital zoom" you are referring to only works in live view and it is not a "zoom" function per say, it's a magnification system to allow you to enlarge an area in your framed shot so that you can manually focus your lens for sharpness on your chosen subject. So to answer your question, No you can not take shots when using the "digital zoom". G.
