DPP Problem

    Equipment:
    Canon700D, Canon800D, Sigma 150x600 telephoto lens
    I downloaded and installed this software and I have found a large majority of the features are greyed out and and some features do not work when clicking on them. Eg the brightness slider cannot be adjusted.
    Could this be a problem with my Mac? Or the software?

    Try converting your raw files to tiff before making adjustments. Good luck and keep us updated.
