    Hi all,

I was on a shoot today with a Canon EOS C100 MKII, when suddenly it stopped working. It had been working moments before, perfectly fine. We assumed that it had probably overheated and placed it next to a large fan, only for the monitor to say "Please change battery pack" before shutting off again. The battery (Swit) was fully charged.

Any idea why this happened? It set us back quite a bit and we still have no idea on what happened.

I guess if it was me I would rule out the battery pack. I know you mentioned it was fully charged, was that because you charged it full then used it for a short window and then it did as you stated above? How old is the battery? If the battery is going bad it could show a full charge and be dead a short time later. I would use another battery to rule out if it is the camera or the battery.
