Ty gary! And nice to meet you. Do you happen to know in what section might be the best, to post a question about the size that my photos are appearing when I post on Twitter now when I got another Canon Powershot sx160? I have an a PowerShot sx120 and I've never had to do anything special and my photos post a normal size on Twitter. But with the power shot sx160 the vertical shots are posting super big and ridiculous and I've tried everything I know to think of to get them smaller but they're not going smaller LOL haven't decided if I want to keep this camera yet so I wanted to post somewhere and ask another question about it? Or if you know the answer you could just let me know :) :) I have like two more days to decide if I want to keep this other 160 or get a different one. Also it seems to not do good in lower light and it's got a slow lens anyway sorry for the long message since I'm new here I just thought I would blurt out what I wanted to ask lol

    Hello,

And no, I don't use twitter. But by what you are saying, and I had a quick little rummage around on the net. My thoughts are that you have a couple of options here. I don't have either camera, so I could be 100% wrong here. But the sx120 is a 10mp camera, and the sx160 is a 16mp. The first thing that you could look at doing is seeing if the sx160 can be set to take 10mp images from the default 16mp. And the second thing that you could consider is if you do a little post processing, is to resize the 16mp image down to 10mp.

To be honest with you. I would select the camera that you feel the happiest to work with. There is nothing worse than using a camera that you don't like. Have a good play with both cameras, compare the output of both, and make your choice.

    Gary
