MOV is a common file container just as Mp4, you will have to find a software to convert you file format. Your video editing software should handle this, you import mov and publish into a compressed video in whatever format you need to upload to the web.

I was trying everything to import .mov into my editor but it didn't work. I guess I will have to buy better Computer + editor for using .mov files.

What are you using to edit your files? Im assuming your on Windows since you are having issues with QuickTime/Apple .mov format. I even understood windows live movie maker even allowed you to open and process .mov files nowadays. Granted its not as polished as premier but as a free option its not bad.
