I have a Blackmagic Intensity Pro 4k on a Windows 10 system. It's tested and works, and captures 2160p video from other cameras on Media Express or on Premiere.

However, when using a Canon M50 mkii (the selling point of which is clean 4k HDMI) I can only get PAL/NTSC resolutions - 625i. I've tried multiple HDMI cables and micro-HDMI adapters, including ones that work fine with other cameras, so I'm pretty sure it's not the cable. The Canon gives me higher resolutions when plugged directly into a monitor, so I know that isn't the problem - it seems to be some communication problem between the two devices.

My suspicion is that the Canon auto-senses the resolutions possible (tried to capture EDID or something) and the Intensity Pro isn't giving any information, so it's defaulting to lowest possible resolution?
