Lens registration

    Eos 80d,eos r6, ef 70-200 f2.8 isii, rf 24-240,ef50 1.8,ef 18-135,rf35,
    Hi, anyone else having trouble registering canon rf lenses on their website, all my previous lenses have all registered but the last 2 will not, I have checked online through Canon and they are UK lenses but the website does not accept the serial numbers, tia Charlie

    I haven't registered lenses in ages, but I am sure you can call in if the site is not accepting it.

    I had a problem in the US a couple of months ago and contacted CPS. They said they were updating the site and points system and it took them about a month to get it done, crazy I know but it has been good since. Maybe they are doing upgrades to the site there now also.
