This is my first post and I'm hoping that someone on this forum has some experience in this area. I have an M100 and it has been a great camera but suddenly when I go to shoot a video the LCD freezes and the camera locks up, which requires the battery removal or wait a couple of minutes until it resumes function. This happens even if the camera has been off for hours so I can rule out overheating.

I even lowered the FPS down to 30 and it doesn't matter I don't even get to record a single frame before it freezes. I've also tried a few different SD cards and the same issue occurs. Does anyone have insight into this? Incidentally there's no issue with live view.
    Thanks in advance

Hi. Did you ever find out the issue? As my camera does the same. Thanks
