I totally agree. Sometimes I feel as I need 60 days in the month to find the time to have a think about the subject and get out and grab it.

Good morning, a last minute submission with a bit of history attached. I captured this scene last week, it is a portion of the Soulanges Canal. A man made canal that allowed for commercial shipping between Lac St-Louis "Montreal Qc Canada" & Lac St-Francois. Built between 1891 & 1899 this massive undertaking, allowed to by-pass the Cascades, Split Rock, Cedar & Coteau rapids. The Canal was 24 KM in length, constructed on the north bank of the St-Lawrence, was 15 feet deep, featured 20201014-327A9856-Edit-Edit.jpg 5 locks of 280' x 46' each, for a total raise of 84'. It replaced the older 9' deep Beauharnois Canal that had opened in 1843 on the South bank of the St-Lawrence. Hope you enjoy, Jean-Louis

Thanks for your comments and your reprocessing of my image. I admit that my original could have been better. It was a first attempt at using the new feature and I have since watched a few videos on the subject and I can see how I could have improved it. I'll do better next time.

No, I have not had any problems but I probably don't stress it too much.

You were probably just trying to have a bit of fun but what you have done is way OTT and very disrespectful of my work and my image.
If you wish to make grotesque changes to an image then I suggest that you do it to your own images and not one of mine.

You can call me a Grumpy Old Man if you want but I do not appreciate what you have done. Maybe it is not safe to post my images here.

The forums should be a safe place to post images, if someone wants to have a try at editing an image they should be asking permission first.
