Thanks Craig. It sounds as if the South Island and Tasmania are very similar.

Thanks Isac, I hung around for a little while, and I could see that the clouds were breaking, so I also grabbed a row of images when the sun broke through. That will be my next image.

Really cool shot Tonytee. Been there once. Lots of possibilities out there.

And I moved a little, and gave it a little time and the sun made an appearance.

What a lovely scene Gary! Very tranquil and I love the subdued colours. Lovely reflection in the slightly moving water. Didi you consider removing the distraction in the left bottom corner? Just asking :)

    Thanks for the comments Isac.

I did actually think about removing that bit of vegetation, but I was a little bit lazy. I know, bad on my behalf.

I am looking at your image on my phone at the moment, so not the best screen to be use. But what exposure mode are you using? Or have you got exposure compensation dialed in? The reason why I ask is that the clouds are looking a tad over exposed and blown out.

Look's like a beautiful location with plenty of potential.

SWMBO and I had a week in Cornwall - rather mixed weather, but on the day we went to St Mawes, lovely sunshine.

This is a view of the harbour.

Lovey shot. I think the branches of the tree sticking into the image on the top right also could be removed.

Nothing exciting, but the first time in awhile since I have been out with my camera.
