I spend most of yesterday recording lectures at a conference I attended using the 5d mkIV. I was recording using the MPEG4 compression settings. Several of the files are long and reached the 29.59 time limit. When I try to import these files to my PC they show as being ok even though I can see they are 5+gb on the camera. The files play fine on the camera but I can't get them off. Other small and shorter files recorded using the same settings import just fine. What am I doing wrong!
