    Okay, so let's have another go at this.

    We managed to get a little direct sun as the sun was setting between the clouds this evening.

    This is a bunch of flowers from a native New Zealand tree that is called a Kowhai tree. I planted seeds from this tree a few years go, and this spring is the first season where the trees are starting to flower.

    After shooting during the day I found this as the sun was going down in the neighborhood. Cropped out the tops of houses and the blownout section to get this.

    Brian, cropping out the rooftops has given the image an extra dimension. The sunset is excellent, well done.
