    A question for anyone that has this flash. Is it a good choice for my Rebel 6Ts? I am really just getting back into photography after a many year lapse. This flash seems to be right for a newby as well as a seasoned shooter. Any thoughts will be appreciated.

    I am not sure you will get the full auto support from the Bounce AI, but it is a reasonable priced flash that will work on your camera for TTL so I would say its worth a purchase. If you need more flash power you can always by a used 580EXii or a 600RT later.

    Thanks for your information, I downloaded the compatibility chart and it seems to me that my camera is as capable as any for the auto bounce. I think after much thought, I will order one to learn and explore.
    Thanks again for the help.

    Update;
    I ordered a reconditioned 470EX-AI from Canon. It arrived yesterday and I've been sorting out how to use it. This is a great flash. The AI bounce works great on my T6s and regular flash is very good. I'm sure as time goes on, I will learn more of it's capabilities. Right now I very pleased with my purchase.
