Hard for me to suggest exactly how to get them working as the adobe website doesn't even say the mark 2 support info for LR classic. As a DSLR user i have always had to make sure i had the most up to date EOS Utility 3 version and updated ACR and LR Classic versions to get everything talking correctly.
